To Whom it May Concern,

We recently purchased a home in Lexington with the help of our realtor, Steve Zippin.  Steve was referred to us by a friend of a colleague.  Steve worked with us for several months to accommodate our cross country relocation.

Steve always displayed a professional, courteous, and supportive and pleasant demeanor to us and our daughter.  He planned  out our time together very carefully in the Lexington, Concord and Acton areas.  Steve was knowledgable and resourceful in selecting homes for us to preview that matched our budget, overall preferences and needs.  He referred us to several professionals and contractors.

One of his major strengths was that Steve would always be available on very short notice when we requested to view properties.  He was also prompt in returning calls and proactive in updating us on the status of homes on the market.  Once we knew which home was for us, he was available to return for several measurements, estimates, etc. and never seemed to mind the extra time it took.  Steve never hesitated to take us to any area and show us any home where we had interest.  He provided us with a very helpful checklist before our move.

When we made the offer on our home and renegotiated, Steve was our reliable adviser and advocate.  Overall, we would recommend him strongly and without hesitation.

.....Steve is really the model real estate agent and I would recommend him to everyone without reservation. He will be a tremendous asset to you because he is knowledgeable, honest and straightforward about the difficult process of buying or selling a home.....

.....During the moving process the movers scraped the wall of the hallway as they brought an item down the stairs. The resulting scratch was unsightly, but did not cause any significant damage to the wall; however, the buyers made a big deal of it at the final walk through. Steve could sense my frustration and immediately smoothed things over by offering the buyers agent some cash to buy spackle and paint to fix the problem and the deal was done! I can not say enough about Steve's professionalism during our relationship with him. He was truly the bookends of our family's time in Massachusetts."

Hi Steve,
....we just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the time you spent with us, educating us about the buying process, the areas we were looking in (and we looked at quite a few), not to mention what we were looking at in all of the different homes we visited.  Your professionalism and dedication to our requirements was unparalleled and your ability to anticipate our needs and answer all questions thoroughly was the key to our successful purchase.
Tom and I are very happy in our new home and feel that we can't thank you enough for your efforts-we would have no hesitation in contacting you again should we decide buy or sell.  We would also greatly recommend your services to anybody wishing to enjoy a problem free home buying experience.

Dear Steve,

I would like to thank you again fro making the process of selling our home so effective and simple.  The decision we made to change from our previous Realtor to you was not an easy one.  We now know that it was the right decision as you approached the process with such professionalism, attention to detail and a great personal touch.

Having spent my twenty year career in marketing, I appreciate the excellent systematic approach you took when developing and executing your marketing plan.  Your professionalism and attention to detail was consistant throughout the process.  Because of your dependability and the trust we have in you, we were able to leave the area two weeks prior to our closing.

Although we will be leaving the state, I can assure you that when I hear of any colleagues moving to the area I will strongly recommend that they contact you for your services.  It was a pleasure working with you.

Dear Steve

It was such a pleasure working with you knowing that my interests were always first with you.  Even if I didn't hear from you,I knew you were finding perspective buyers for my house.  You made yourself available to check the house regularly.  That gave me peace of mind.  Your knowledge of Real Estate, professionalism and attention to detail were always apparent.  You were prompt to answer my questions.  You connected with other businesses and utilities necessary to make the sale go smoothly.  Everything was covered during emergencies and during your vacation.
I appreciate so much the personal attention you gave to me during the process.

Hi Steve,

Well, once again you've sold a house for us in a "slow market", and in record time too.  Having listed with a realtor in our town, we found ourselves frustrated and stressed over the course of sixty days, as the market changed and our realtor seemed unable to keep abreast of the changes.  Ultimately, it seemed as if the realtor had lost interest, and we terminated the contract.  That was when I called you, and the rest, as they say, is history!

There is a spectacular difference between merely showing a house, and marketing a house.  Your marketing efforts, the thoroughness with which you prepared the materials showcasing our house, as well as your knowledge of the market all worked to gain the result we wanted.  That you personally contacted each Realtor who planned to show our house, and encouraged them to point out all its wonderful pluses, was just the approach we were looking for.

This is the second house you've sold for us, and while I regret that we didn't call you first, I am very glad that we called you last!  Thank you for all your efforts.  You can be sure that Ernie and I will spread the word about the Steve Zippin approach to home sales.  It's head and shoulders above the competition.  Not only do you provide professional, knowledgeable help, you do it in a calm and friendly manner which is very welcome in a process that can get a bit trying at times, to say the least.  Thanks again Steve.
